  2. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout

  3. Enter your shipping and payment information

  4. Confirm your order — you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after

3. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does delivery take?

  • Estimated Delivery (Australia): 3–7 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 4–9 business days

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.


4. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, if the item is:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • In its original packaging with all tags still attached

Please note: Custom or personalised items cannot be returned.

How do I request a return?

  1. Contact us via email within 30 days of delivery, including your order number

  2. Wait for our return approval and instructions

  3. Send the item back in its original condition

  4. Once received, we’ll issue a refund within 5 business days

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, return shipping is at your expense

  • If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will cover the return costs
